Community Welcome Volunteer

What You'll Do: 
  • Offer a warm welcome to visitors, providing information and directions around the building.
  • Assist with setting up and packing away for adult classes, including setting up chairs, tables, and equipment.
  • Take registers for classes and help new participants to register.
  • Share information about Grand Junction’s events and activities with visitors.
  • Support visitors in completing feedback surveys.
  • Help to maintain accurate records of class participants and visitor numbers.
  • Help update the ‘What’s On’ noticeboards.
  • Keep leaflets stocked and well-displayed for the public.
