What You'll Do: 
  • Join in with the activity to encourage participation and make others feel at ease
  • Help create a fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere
  • Be a welcoming face for new or less confident participants
  • Promote inclusive behaviour and ensure everyone feels respected and involved
  • Support the session lead or instructor by encouraging teamwork and positive vibes
